Allen Robinson, who led the Jaguars in receiving last season, has been shelved for the 2017 season after injuring his left knee against the Houston Texans in the Jags’ season opener.
Marquise Lee, who finished 2016 with three touchdown receptions, has filled in admirably for the injured Robinson. The former USC product has 20 catches for 291 yards on the season.
At 6′ 0″, Lee does not possess the prototypical size for a receiver in today’s NFL, but he is at his best after the catch. If the Colts’ defensive backs can keep Lee in front of them, they have a great chance to minimize his impact on the game.
