The Sharks only had five picks in the 2016 NHL Draft and all of them came on the second day of action. Still, the less-spectacular day of the two-day event provided plenty of new names for San Jose fans to digest. No. 60: Dylan Gambrell (C)

The Sharks went off the board with their first pick of the draft, taking a center who just completed his freshman year at the University of Denver. Gambrell played well with the Pioneers, but given this is his third draft-eligible year, you’ve got to think he’d be available later in the draft.
